Course Criteria
- Participants must be eligible for the Aerospace Workforce Transition (AWT) Program as an Incumbent aerospace workers who have either already lost their jobs or who may become dislocated by the retirement of the Space Shuttle/Constellation programs AFTER July 1, 2008.
- Participants must create an Employ Florida Marketplace account at www.employflorida.com prior to attending the workshop.
- Employees of NASA contractors and subcontractors please note that per NASA Procurement, attendance at this workshop shall be done on personal time and shall not be charged to work hours or administrative leave hours.
Free of charge to participants. Space is limited.

Exploring Federal Employment: Part 1 Brevard Workforce Cocoa 801 Dixon Blvd., Suite 1100, Cocoa CANCELLED Workshop participants will learn how to search for Federal positions, how to determine if they are qualified to apply for an announcement, and how the application process works. Taught by NASA Human Resources. Register
Exploring Federal Employment: Part 2 Kennedy Space Center Headquarters, Room 1473 CANCELLED Participants must attend Part 1 prior to attending Part 2 and have a current resume posted at http://www.usajobs.gov/. Participants will have the opportunity to have their federal resume reviewed by NASA Human Resources personnel. Seasting space is limited, so please make a reservation.

Resume Writing Lab, Part 2 Kennedy Space Center Headquarters, Bldg 1436 August 19 & September 16 - 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Design a resume utilizing the computer tool, OptimalResume, and receive guidance from an AWT team member to make it stand out or bring a draft of your current resume for review.
